SnoTemp Cold Storage SnoTemp Cold Storage Albany, OR Albany, OR Full-time Contract Full-time Contract Up to $17 an hour Up to $17 an hour 10 hours ago 10 hours ago 10 hours ago PRIMARY PURPOSE The Inventory Control Warehouse Worker works under the direction of the Inventory Control Supervisor to maintain an accurate inventory and manage QA Holds and Release issues.
Follow processes to ensure that product location and physical counts are accurately represented on our WMS.
This position is extremely critical to SnoTemp's food safety and traceability program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service Maintain a close association and thorough knowledge of customer accounts.
Understand customer's item and date codes, and inventory management requirements.
Cycle Counts Conduct daily cycle counts across all accounts and report findings to Inventory Control Supervisor Follow proper process for verifying inventory inquiries and investigating discrepancies.
Audits Perform monthly inventory audits with Inventory Control Team at all facilities Collaborate with Inventory Control Supervisor to complete customer requested audits Food Safety Fully understand our Food Safety Program.
Report any recognized food safety issues to Inventory Control Supervisor.
Location Control Verify and maintain location control OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Experience or Training Required:
Comprehensive RF knowledge Understands and enforces proper FIFO and staging of stock product and orders.
Understanding of CYCR, LOEN, ILTR, THIS, LHIS, ADRE, pick sheets, location control sheets, claim forms, damage forms, etc.
Complete understanding of accurate inventory control procedures License or Certificate Required:
Forklift operator certification (sit-down lift, cherry picker, pallet jack) Mandatory Job Requirements:
Problem-solving skills Highest level of accuracy and follow through Detail oriented Strong math skills Ability to work both as a team member and individual Safety focused High level of integrity Fulfilling other duties as assigned by Inventory Control Supervisor FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENTS All Staff have the responsibility for complying with all inventory safety, legality, and regulatory requirements.
Employees must adhere to SnoTemp's quality systems to include following all procedures, using the correct forms, and completing all documents accurately.
Documented arrangements are in place to cover for the absence of key staff.
All staff have the responsibility to report any food safety and quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
