Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSEProvides collaborative leadership for the process of planning, directing, integrating and coordinating activities to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high quality services.
Responsible for operations of assigned department(s).
Provides oversight as needed; responsible for personnel management, budget planning and monitoring, scheduling, systems improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements and strategic planning.
Works in a clinical capacity to facilitate smooth functioning of the department when necessary.
Directs and oversees Sarah's Place and the SANE program throughout the system.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONThe Emergency Department provides care for patients with a wide variety of needs from non-critical to emergent medical conditions including emergent and urgent mental health care.
All patients are welcome whether walking in or arriving by emergency transport.
All Emergency Department staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients including children.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSBSN or equivalent experience required.
Master's degree preferred.
Current unencumbered Oregon RN License required.
Two (2) years RN experience and two (2) years in a leadership role required.
Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required.
Successful completion of management courses/education program preferred.
ACLS, ENPC/PALS and TNCC required within six (6) months of hire.
Minimum Guaranteed Hours:
2 Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Basic Life Support Clinical Works Education Financial Management Human Resources Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
