Customer Service Representative
Allan's Coffee & Tea is looking for an amazing Customer Service Rep to greet our customers with enthusiasm, to take and process their orders accurately and efficiently, and to offer them additional products.
If you are upbeat, computer savvy, ready to take on a challenge and extremely detail oriented this position could be for you.
This is a full-time position:

Contacting customers, taking orders, increasing sales by suggesting additional productsAssist sales staff with administration support/sales promotionsEnsure customer satisfaction, process orders accurately, assist with shipment trackingAdministration of invoicing, reports, call logs, account maintenance Other tasks as assigned by SupervisorSkills:
Excellent phone/customer service & communication skillsAbility to work within deadlinesAttention to details/strong organizational skillsProficient in Adobe Illustrator preferred Recommended Skills Accounts Receivable Administration Adobe Illustrator Communication Coordinating Customer Satisfaction Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
