Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the overall customer experience by proactively handling customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
The CSR will act as a liaison, help to solve problems and provide solutions to customers.
This position has a high level of autonomy and requires an individual who is detail oriented, organized, and has the ability to work independently.
The position requires flexibility to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and other employees.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and emails daily in a timely manner.
Responsible for assisting customers in making decisions regarding CPAP Supplies based on their specific needs.
Provide information in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
Answer questions about A Turning Leaf Home Medical Equipment products or services to customers who contact us regarding issues with CPAP machine Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
