Responsibilities:
-Lead a small but mighty team of front desk and housekeeping staff -Lead weekly meetings to cover challenges, new ideas, safety issues, pricing, and seasonal changes -Ensure all staff are trained up on best practices -Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly cash drawer -Manage staffing schedule, split time between covering shifts &/or improving processes -Live onsite Mon-Fri and weekends as needed -Discuss management plans and challenges with Operations Manager, and then implement improvements
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel/motel management or property management setting - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and file management - Proven ability to manage a team effectively - Proficiency in using Cloudbeds, Facebook, Booking.
com, and other platforms to ensure the businesses presence is visible, accurate, and accessible Personality:
-Fast paced and do all the things needed to ensure smooth operations - Ability to take direction and disseminate information appropriately -Ability to de-escalate or manage confrontation without taking things personally - Pride in your work -Humble, yet confident Compensation:
- One bedroom one bathroom apartment onsite with water, sewer, garbage, power, internet, and cable all inclusive.
Estimated value of $22,000 annually.
- Additional Salary of $38,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on experience -Eligible for performance-based pay This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a OnSite Manager.
As the OnSite Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing virtually all aspects to ensure the continued success of our motel.
