Primary Purpose This position is responsible for providing leadership, management, and a clear goal-driven vision, in partnership with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to the specified division; including an emphasis on the divisional sales, growth, profit, and ROI to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities Profit and Loss Management:
a.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and achieve financial targets.
b.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and margins, to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
c.
Implement cost-control measures and operational efficiencies to optimize P&L outcomes.
d.
Conduct regular financial reviews, prepare reports, and make findings visible to Operations and the Leadership Team.
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
a.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
b.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
c.
Partner and collaborate with the Marketing team on initiatives across various channels, including digital, traditional advertising, and in-store promotions.
d.
Monitor marketing performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Management:
a.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of managers and employees within the division.
b.
Set clear goals and objectives, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure the team's development and performance.
c.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting teamwork and open communication.
d.
Allocate resources effectively and delegate responsibilities to maximize productivity and achieve targets.
e.
Build relationships and collaborate with other divisions, departments, and external partners to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Competitive Analysis and Market Positioning:
a.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and potential threats.
b.
Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark the division's performance and identify areas for improvement.
c.
Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies based on market dynamics.
Relationship Management:
a.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and industry partners.
b.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, drive product innovation, and secure exclusive partnerships.
c.
Engage with customers, gather feedback, and address concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
d.
Represent the division and the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Qualifications Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Preferred five years of management or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience and understanding of basic operational procedures.
Ability to effectively work independently, as well as with a team.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
Intermediate knowledge of operating a computer system (including email) and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven organization, prioritization, and detail-oriented skills.
Proven ability to demonstrate strong skills in listening, negotiating, delegating, and conflict resolution.
Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
Ability to obtain and possess a valid driver's license and insurance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
