EXPERIENCED SERVCE ADVISOR WITH AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF EXPEREINCE We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.
The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customers with advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.
The successful candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and courteously.
Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Provide customers with estimates of repair costs and time frames.
Schedule service appointments for customers.
Maintain customer records and update as necessary.
Follow up with customers after service is complete to ensure satisfaction.
Inform customers of any additional services or repairs that may be needed.
