Key Responsibilities Execute CWCU's strategic marketing plan, including yet not limited to direct digital marketing initiative, digital brand strategies, paid digital and social advertising that promotes increased awareness alongside membership, loan, and non- interest income growth.
This position is responsible for working across the organization to develop, communicate and deliver an omni-channel experience geared toward member acquisition and development driven by data analytics and shaped by market needs.
2 P a g e ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Manages and maintains the marketing automation platform ? Administering email marketing campaigns; testing and analyzing workflow, Identifies and implements A/B testing opportunities for continuous development and improvement towards member engagement using single send email and marketing automation software.
? Supporting the creation of email marketing campaigns, including the creation of high quality promotional email designs based on knowledge of responsive design, layout principles, efficient coding and aesthetic design concepts ? Develop, execute and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, landing pages, etc.
? Executes all ads on digital platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and any other digital channel.
? Provide data-driven insights and contributions to the development of campaign strategy, creative assets, budget management, and overall project management ? Research, assess, test, and implement innovative digital solutions while promoting business best practices ? Supporting company website including new landing pages and updating existing web material ? Acting as primary marketing liaison to the Remote Delivery Department for marketing-related online efforts.
? Driving web, mobile, Online Banking (OLB), and other online platform Marketing efforts and CW's brand image within those medium ? Monitoring search engine rankings and provide reports to department and other internal stakeholders.
Also monitoring keywords, terms and competitor activity, on social media sites, industry message boards, and leading search engine sites.
Recommending goals for each channel.
? Participate in analysis of market and member trends to evolve marketing and communication efforts to meet marketplace needs.
? Regularly review marketing performance data to provide insights and make recommendations to maximize quality leads and traffic coming from digital channels ? Act as the liaison between the production and marketing teams.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
