Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed - Maintain office calendar and schedule appointments - Coordinate meetings and events - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders - Manage office supplies and inventory - Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services - Supervise and support administrative staff - Assist with payroll processing and employee onboarding/offboarding Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software - Familiarity with office management procedures and systems - Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus - Ability to effectively manage a team Note:
