Job duties include but are not limited to greeting patients, receiving and processing medial referrals, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, verifying insurance information and patient financial responsibilities, using electronic medical records software, entering patient payments, and preparing patient billing statements.
The applicant must have good communication skills, basic math knowledge, and must have the ability to multitask.
The applicant must be a good note taker as the position is very detail oriented.
A friendly disposition, positive attitude and a productive work ethic are required.
Work days are Monday through Thursday with 4-5 hour shifts each day with some flexibility to the hours that are worked.
