We are the largest social services provider in our region, serving Linn, Benton and Lincoln Counties.

Our Housing and Emergency Services Department is seeking a self-directed, highly organized, and compassionate individual to join our management team.
Our Housing Program Manager will actively engage with community partners and local planning groups on strategies to address homelessness and housing insecurity throughout CSC's service area.
They will be responsible for overseeing CSC sub-contracted providers, leading meetings, engaging community partners, remaining up-to-date on legislative related matters and funding, tracking plan milestones, reporting outcomes to public funders, and provide direct supervision to staff in multiple work locations.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience successfully managing large projects and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Federal and State housing and homeless programs, experience delivering direct services to low-income persons experiencing homelessness or housing instability 40 hours per week M-F.

Minimum Requirements Baccalaureate degree in social services, education, public administration, or relevant equivalent.
Plus two years of program delivery experience with an emphasis in low income or underserved populations and at least one year of supervisory experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
