We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Perform night audit duties as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Multilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
