Want to play a role in Turning Dreams into Achievements? You may be our next Data Specialist! Key tasks of the Data Specialist:
Payroll - Store and route timesheets as received.
Authorize time sheets for payment in state systems; back up and assist other office staff, perform other duties as requested.
Quality Assurance - as assigned by Management Team.
Database Maintenance - Enter new individual support plans, changes of information, plan revisions, new customer supports, and other data as needed.
Available to interact face-to-face with customers and visitors to the office.
Clerical - Record data and store documentation in state and agency data systems.
Assist Receptionist and Lead Personal Agents as needed.
Assist with special projects and storage of information as needed.
Assist in maintaining an organized office environment.
What does the job look like? Full-time Monday to Friday day shifts Office hours 8am-4:
30pm Much of the work will be conducted within an office setting, including typical office noise, activity and light levels Office space is typically shared with at least one coworker Occasional travel What can you expect from us? A supportive and flexible work environment.

Qualifications:
Proficient in clerical skills including typing, filing and an ability to answer a multi-line phone.
Able to maintain accurate and complete records.
Able to develop trust and rapport through in-person meetings and contacts with customers, staff and stakeholders.
Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, families, service providers and the general public.
Able to remain calm when clients become anxious or experience challenging behavior.
Able to maintain confidential information.
Able to work under stress and able to multitask.
Able to manage time independently and work without direct supervision.
Able to pass a Criminal History Check, meeting the State's requirements.
Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and maintenance of a good driving record.
Must be able to occasionally drive personal vehicle for local, as well as occasional regional and in-state, travel.
Able to lift 10 lbs.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Excellent computer skills.
Experience with digital filing systems is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
