Job Description:
We are looking for a team member to sanitize and deep clean a wide variety of homes, multi-family residences, offices, and laundry rooms on a rotating schedule.
The person hired will clean recently-vacated rental units when someone moves out, and will also perform a final deep-clean on a unit before a new tenant moves in.
This person must be able to occasionally push or pull 45-50 pounds.
This person may also be called to help out with our maintenance team occasionally if we are caught up on cleanings.
Weekly duties include:
Cleaning our main office, cleaning apartment complex laundry rooms, removing garbage from apartment complexes and putting the garbage/recycling bins out.
Minimum requirements:
Someone with 1-2 years cleaning experience, willing to train to be a full time cleaner.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, drug free, and has a clean driving record with a current, valid Oregon driver's license.
Starting pay:
$18/hour Work hours:
Monday -- Friday 8:
00am -- 4:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
