Thank you! - We are looking for a FUN and ENERGETIC individual to join our cleaning team at T&J Natural Cleaning.
WHY SHOULD YOU WORK HERE:

People love to work for us! HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS TO WORK THIS POSITION:
1) We need people who can work 15-25 hours/week and who want to work up to 30
hours/week in the future, Tuesday-Saturday (Wednesdays-Saturday every week and Tuesdays off and on), ranging from 8-5pm.
2) You must be able to drive your own vehicle from house to house every day.
Also having a fuel efficient vehicles will help you alot! 3) This job is physically demanding.
Even hot-shot athletes have gotten super sore when starting out.
If you have a prior injury, it can rear its ugly head in the first few weeks.
Therefore, this job has a physical requirement to make sure you can bend, sit, squat, stand, scrub for hours-on-end and lift 40 lbs safely.
Come get ripped working with us! (We joke a littleit's not a gym but you do get stronger working here!) 5) You have to be personable and a team player.
We work while clients are home and often in teams.
You kinda gotta like people.
Although, it's not like working at a cash register or customer service.
6) You need to have an eye for detail.
It's house cleaning and people are particular about their spaces.
7) You MUST be able to follow directions, both the trainer in cleaning and the GPS in driving.
If you argue alot or can't follow your GPS, this may not be the right fit for you.
8) Let's talk about MONEY:
Our pay rates are some of the best around in this work! We start over minimum wage with progressive raises that move at a good rate! Let's chat more at the interview.
9) Do YOU have an eye for detail? Did you spot #4? Once again, you need an eye for detail.
