We are currently seeking a Rough Mower operator to join our golf course maintenance team.
As a Rough Mower, you will be responsible for maintaining the roughs at Spring Hill Golf Club.
This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Safely Operate our Enclosed Cab Kubota tractor and tow-behind wide area mower.
- Taking care to operate the machinery with care and concern for the equipment, trees, hazards and customers at all times.
- Mow the turf areas throughout the golf course in a pattern in which is aesthetically pleasing to the golfers, efficient and results in the required areas be mowed multiple times a week.
Skills:
- Experience operating tractors or heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and landscape maintenance.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to monitor the equipment for maintenance needs, refuel as needed and lubricate pivot points as described by the maintenance technician.
