Pay: $14.20 / Hour
Your Role:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for providing support for the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration. You will have the opportunity to:


  • Ensure compliance with GMP's, Safety, Quality Procedures and keep Productivity Standards.
  • Efficiently maintain the operation of machinery by monitoring codes and dates.
  • Make minor adjustments/repairs as necessary using appropriate bench and hand tools.
  • Perform quality checks and makes the necessary adjustments.
  • Checks controls on equipment relating to vacuums, heat, pressures, timing and water flow.
  • Maintain various records such as production reports, data entry and detailed shift reports.
  • Check raw materials inventory and informs warehouse of shortages.
  • Communicate effectively with oncoming shift lead/operator regarding all pertinent information.
  • Perform other related duties as required or directed by Team Leader

We need you to have:


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience
  • Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations.
  • 1-2 years of Packaging Machine Operator experience
