Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, formulation, treatment planning, treatment intervention and education to patients and families. Collaborates with other behavioral health clinicians, health care coordinators, primary care providers, and psychiatrists.
Requires expertise in all aspects of behavioral health to recognize appropriate and timely clinical treatment intervention(s), and a variety of Cognitive Behavior Therapy based treatment modalities, including Motivational Interviewing and Crisis Management Intervention.
Qualified candidates should have a Master's level degree in social work from an accredited college/university and eligibility for state licensure. Preference given to candidates with five years experience in providing direct treatment to behavioral health patients.
