Performs the duties of Pharmacist as prescribed by state and federal statutes as well as SHS policies. Prepares and dispenses medication; assesses clinical status of patients (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics). Provides drug information to the medical team. Educates patients.
Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Current pharmacist license, or eligible to apply for license, from the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy required.
Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy, or Pharm.D degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
