Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a RECEPTIONIST job in ALBANY, OR.
This is a Full Time Temporary opportunity! As a Receptionist you will be responsible for greeting vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors; operates a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.

Our receptionists typically answer phones, greet clients, sorts mail, open orders, deposit checks.
They also perform a number of other administrative duties such as appointment scheduling, preparing documents and a calendar.
The receptionist also assists other employees in handling overflow work, and may be called on to stand in for absent employees.
The receptionist should also possess accurate keyboard skills and be able to type quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities for this Receptionist job include:

o High school diploma or equivalent o 3-5 years experience in Reception/ Front office environment o Basic computer skills o Possess accurate keyboard skills and ability to type quickly and accuratelyo Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Lotus NotesThis position is FT Monday- Friday.
The shift offered is 8am-5pm.
The assignment is expected to last approximately 3 months.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
