This home is located in historic downtown Albany Oregon. It's a small 528 sq ft 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a very small back yard. There is a shared driveway with the neighbor so no driveway parking is allowed. No street parking as home is located in the alley off of Washington Street. Parking in front of home is allowed. The home comes with a small tuff shed for storage. Has washer/dryer hookup but you must supply the w/d. Tenant is responsible for water/sewer and power. One small pet is allowed with additional pet rent of $25. First months rent and security deposit equivalent to one months rent will be due upon move in. Additional pet deposit of $300 will be required. The home will be available mid January and applications will be acepted starting December 15-17. All rental criteria must be met in order to apply. Rental criteria is as follows: 1. Income Criteria: Applicant must show stable and reliable source of income. 2. Employment Criteria: Twelve months of verifiable employment with the same company will be required if used as a source of income - 3. Rental Criteria: Twelve months of verifiable contractual rental history for a current third-party landlord or home ownership is required - Three years of eviction free rental history is required - Three or more 72-hour notices within one year will result in denial of the application - Three or more returned checks for insufficient funds within one year will result in denial of the application - Rental history reflecting past due and unpaid rent will be denied
